Calling All Maltese People And Companies: Batman Needs Your Help To Get Back Onto His Feet
People of Malta, companies and NGOs – Batman needs your help.
Andrea Calleja, or Batman to anyone who knows him, was seriously injured during an obstacle race, resulting in full paralysis and a life confined to a wheelchair.
But true to form, Batman isn’t giving up, and this is where you, your company, your NGO or organisation, can become superheroes in your own special way.

Andrea is currently in a rehabilitation hospital in Rome where he’s worked so hard that he’s made progress his upper body and arms – but there’s still a lot to be done for the rest of his journey.
And now, he’s preparing for an innovative procedure in Thailand in November to be able to move his legs again.
The thing is, it costs €150,000 – not including flights and accommodation.
