Can You Guess Malta’s Favourite Supermarket?
It’s official, we have a winner.
According to a MaltaToday survey published today, discount giant Lidl is by far the most popular supermarket in Malta.
More than 48% of people chose Lidl as their supermarket of choice. However, 63% of respondents who shop from Lidl also said they shop elsewhere. We can all relate to that.
Going back to the supermarkets of choice, Qormi’s Pavi placed second at 15%, followed closely by Smart in Birkirkara (10.9%).
Malta’s newest supermarket, Pama, in Mosta, is a close joint fourth with Scotts, both 7.7%.
