‘Ċempel Amigos’: Restaurant Employee Produces Surprise Tribute Song – And It Lowkey Slaps

A longtime employee at a Maltese restaurant-chain has just produced a surprise tribute song to the brand – and it’s already making waves online.

Sayed The Producer has been working at Amigos for over a decade – and his new track, named ‘Amigos’, is lowkey a bop.

“If you want good food, come to Amigos,” Sayed sings before a reggaeton beat kicks in – and since hitting local airwaves, he’s even attracted the attention of The Voice Kids Malta judge Owen Leuellen, who commented “dope sound tho” right under his track.

Considering he made the song in his own free time, we’re hoping Sayed gets a raise, or a nice Christmas bonus, at the very least, cause the catchy melody and hook are proper ear worm material.

And we wouldn’t be surprised if Amigos experience a bit of an uptick in orders after the song’s release either…
