Convicted Hitman George Degiorgio Says He Has Crucial Info On Caruana Galizia’s Assassination

Convicted murderer George Degiorgio has asked the authorities to testify under oath in the ongoing magisterial inquiry related to the 2017 assassination of Daphne Caruana Galizia.
In his court application, Degiorgio said he has crucial information related to the bomb which killed Caruana Galizia. He said he is coming forward out of his own free will and that he isn’t requesting anything in return.
He said his only interest is ensuring that people who were truly involved in the murder face judgement and that those who weren’t aren’t unjustly imprisoned.
Degiorgio added that he is willing to comply with any conditions imposed by the court.
Degiorgio was recently sentenced to life imprisonment for his role in the murder of Carmel Chircop, over and above the 40 years he was already serving for his role in Caruana Galizia’s murder.
