PN leader Adrian Delia this morning reacted strongly to boos and jeers at the party’s General Council when his critic Ivan Bartolo took the stage.

“Whoever doesn’t want to listen should get out,” Delia said, turning to the audience which was clearly full of his own supporters.

Delia is facing a confidence vote today which will end at 6pm. A result is expected at about 8pm.

Bartolo is one of the critics whose petition had triggered the vote in today’s General Council.

In his speech, Bartolo said he was content that his petition had broken the status quo. He also promised not to disappear and urged all Nationalists to heed the result of today’s vote.
