Love to cook and want to grow your own food? Have green fingers and want to learn more about gardening? Worried that mainstream farming methods are harming the environment? Then this event is probably for you.

Eco Market Malta is organising a workshop called “How to grow your own food – even if you don’t have a garden,” which will be organised at the Gaia Foundation in Għajn Tuffieħa on September 21st.

Participants will learn about how nature and the environment can contribute to good health, the importance of healthy soil, how to fertilize with natural soil amendments, and the dilemma between local and overseas food items.
