EXCLUSIVE: City Lounge In Valletta Is Turning Into Buffalo Bill’s Steakhouse
One of Valletta’s premier meat joints, City Lounge, has become Buffalo Bill’s Steakhouse.
The second Buffalo Bill’s Steakhouse in Malta after the one in Portomaso, diners can expect to find a serious focus on different and fresh cuts of meats, carrying on the City Lounge tradition.
Featuring an unlimited salad with 14 different items to choose from, diners can select their cut of meat to be cooked at their preference while also stocking up on some tasty sides.
But let’s not beat around the bush – Buffalo Bill’s is renowned for their focus on quality meats.
You can also find an accompanying wine list as well as all of Buffalo Bill’s famous sauces, including their Mad Dog Spicy BBQ sauce, Maytag Blue Cheese sauce, in-house gravy, all the way to the pepper and mushroom classics.
They’ve also got an upscale indoor and outdoor area, perfect for dining while people-watching all over St George’s Square.
The restaurant lowkey opened this week and is already drawing crowds by the looks of it, so keep it in mind next time you’re visiting the capital and have a carnivorous appetite.
