Flamingo Found Dead In Delimara After Reports Of Gunshot
A flamingo has been found dead at il-Ħofriet, Delimara.
The incident was reported by a bystander who alleged that shots were heard being fired prior to the flamingo’s descent into the sea.
BirdLife Malta and local police were informed of the incident.
Only last week, a flamingo was seen swimming at Għadira Bay, surprisingly close to other bathers.
