Franco Debono Rallies Support for National Anti-War And Pro-Peace Protest

Franco Debono has suggested an anti-war and pro-peace protest and many people are responding positively to the idea.
“Should we organise an anti-war and pro-peace protest and should I address it?” Debono questioned last night.
Several people endorsed this idea, said they will attend such a protest, and urged the former PN MP to organise it himself.
“We need to make our voices heard as well, and not just show the people one side of the coin,” one person commented.
“Give me a date, time and location and I’ll turn up,” someone else said.

“It’s a very good idea and I hope we can unite as a nation,” another person added.
“I agree with your idea, and I hope you also pressure the authorities to organise a summit in Malta between the US and Russia to try and find a solution to ending the war,” someone else said.
Debono has heavily criticised the EU’s strategy with regards to the Ukraine war and recently published a video criticising its new €800 billion defence package.
“It will help Germany get out of its recession, and it will be manna for French and German weapons manufacturing companies, but how will it actually end the war?” Debono asked in a recent video.
“Our priority should be to end the war and I agree with those people who are coming forward with proposals, initiatives and campaigns to end it.”
Debono said Europe should stop making Ukrainian President Volodymr Zelenskyy believe that victory on the battlefield is possible.
“I disagree with the strategy of inflating Zelenskyy’s hopes, repeatedly assuring him of victory, only for him to continuously lose territory and lives instead.I agree more with those who caution him to be careful, as he is not going to win the war.”
Would you attend such a protest?
