Get Out Of Your Ivory Tower, Neville Gafà Tells Minister Farrugia Portelli

Neville Gafà, a PL activist and former person of trust of Joseph Muscat, has told Inclusion Minister Julia Farrugia Portelli to “get out of her ivory tower”.
Gafà criticised Farrugia Portelli after she described yesterday’s election result as a “solid victory for the PL”, a message that Prime Minister Robert Abela gave shortly before it emerged that the gap between PL and PN had shrunk to 8,400 votes.
“Get out of your ivory tower… this is called a thrashing, not a solid victory,” he wrote, one of several PL supporters who took issue with Farrugia Portelli’s display of confidence.

In further posts, Gafà criticised the powers-that-be within the Labour Party.
“You had known that a thrashing was coming but you remained arrogant and didn’t stem the haemorrhage,” he said in one post.
“Shoulder responsibility because the party is bleeding,” in another.
