Għasri Resident At Risk Of Dying After Argument With Two Other Men
A 46-year-old Għasri resident is at risk of dying after being involved in an argument with two other men in Għasri.
Yesterday, at around 10.30pm, police were informed by the health authorities that a 46-year-old resident of Għasri was admitted to Gozo General Hospital.
They were notified that he is suffering from serious injuries after he was allegedly involved in an argument.
Preliminary investigations by the Police revealed that earlier in the day, at around 11:30 am, an argument took place in Triq l-Għammar, Għasri and in which the victim and two other men were involved.
The men, aged 25 and 56, also residents of Għasri, were arrested during the night. They were also taken for treatment at the Gozo General Hospital and were certified to have minor injuries.
Bridgette Sultana was informed of the case and appointed an inquiry.
Police investigations are ongoing.
