Glenn Micallef Gets Youth, Culture, Sport And ‘Inter-Generational Fairness’ European Commission Portfolio
Malta’s Glenn Micallef will be in charge of Youth, Culture, Sport and Inter-Generational Fairness if he is approved as EU Commissioner.
European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen this morning unveiled her nominated team of European Commissioners and the portfolios she will ask them to take charge of over the next five years.
Malta’s portfolio is being viewed as a relatively weak one.
Meanwhile, the equality portfolio that was previously held by Malta’s Helena Dalli has been scrapped entirely.
