A 25-year-old motorcyclist is at risk of losing his life after a traffic accident in San Ġwann earlier today.

The man, from Hungary, was involved in a crash in Vjal ir-Riħan, San Ġwan at around 11am this morning.

The man was rushed to hospital by ambulance after being involved in a crash with a 38-year-old woman from St Paul’s Bay driving a Tesla Model 3, police confirmed.

After being given first aid on the scene, he was found to have serious injuries at hospital.

Magistrate Astrid May Grima has opened an inquiry into the incident.
