‘I Want To Reach Younger Generations’: F Living’s Karl Bonaci Launches New Podcast
Karl Bonaci, who has been hosting the F Living show for several years, is now embarking on a new venture: launching his own online podcast.
Karl’s Podcast will officially launch tomorrow with an interview with Malta Development Association President Michael Stivala and former Opposition Leader Simon Busuttil is expected to be his next guest.
His plan is to release a new episode every Friday on his YouTube and his social media channels.
Lovin Malta spoke to Karl to understand why he has decided to launch a podcast show.
“I know there is a segment of people, particularly younger generations, who don’t follow my show and I would like to reach them too,” he said.
“TV is still very strong in the afternoon although I feel that prime time has suffered due to the likes of Netflix, Disney+, IPTV and people generally spending a lot of time online. However, there is a segment of people that spends a lot of time online and I want to try it out too.”
“It is a new venture for me and hopefully it will work out. I have my own style, and while I might be a bit more direct with my podcast guests, I will always be ethical, and not rude, arrogant or disrespectful.”
Fans of his F Living Show have no reason to worry though, as he doesn’t intend the podcast to be a replacement. In fact, he will publish his podcasts on his show three days after they appear online.
