Malta’s Inner Development Goals (IDG) community is coming together for a special public event on Thursday 20th November 2025 at 6pm at Fra Giuseppe, Balzan, marking an important milestone for the local IDG Hub.

The gathering will introduce the refined Inner Development Goals framework, a guide designed to help individuals and organisations build the skills needed for meaningful and sustainable societal transformation.

Joining the event is Jan Artem Henriksson, co-founder and executive director of the global IDG Foundation in Sweden. Henriksson has played a major role in shaping the vision of the IDGs, leading international collaborations that connect inner development with sustainable change.

His work and insights on transformative leadership have inspired institutions around the world.

The IDGs, which align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), focus on developing inner capacities such as self-awareness, compassion, collaboration, and critical thinking. The evidence-based framework acts as a roadmap for personal growth that supports stronger communities and better decision-making.

The Malta IDG Hub is inviting professionals, educators, community leaders, and anyone passionate about growth and positive change to join an evening of learning, reflection, and open dialogue.

Attendees will gain firsthand insight into the new framework and how it can be applied within local organisations and projects.

Participation is free, but spaces are limited.
