IN PHOTOS: Gozo’s Public Spaces Undergo Thorough Disinfection As COVID-19 Continues To Spread
Gozo continues to undergo a nation-wide disinfection with public spaces being hosed down as more cases of COVID-19 are confirmed on the Maltese islands.
Gozo Minister Clint Camilleri announced that public toilets are currently in the process of being disinfected, with other areas including those in front of supermarkets, banks and drugstores next in line for the power washing procedure.
Last week, Nadur Centre underwent the disinfection treatment with streets, pavements, metal railings and the popular zuntier being power washed as part of the initiative introduced by the Ministry for Gozo in cooperation with the Local Councils.
