In Photos: Marsa Industrial Fire Contained As CPD Continues Work On Site
Civil Protection Malta has confirmed that the industrial fire in Marsa has now been contained, though firefighting operations remain ongoing.
The public is still being urged to avoid the area due to safety concerns and continued emergency activity while teams work to fully secure the site.

CPD also thanked several entities for their support in today’s large-scale operation, including Transport Malta, the Malta Police Force, LESA, Mater Dei Hospital’s Emergency Department, CPD volunteers, the Emergency Fire and Rescue Unit, St John Ambulance and Rescue Malta, Detention Services, and private water contractors.
