Is Labour’s CEO Sending Us Some Cryptic Messages Via Freddy Mercury And His Instagram Stories?
The CEO of the Labour Party has had some choice stories for his Instagram feed today.
Randolph De Battista has been vocal over the last few days, expressing his optimistic view for a future where Labour welcomes its critics into its fold and listends to what they have to say, all while supporting Joseph Muscat as leader.
However, De Battista’s two most recent stories on Instagram may be hiding a hidden message that’s not too hard to find.
First, he uploaded a quote by Freddie Mercury – “I’m not afraid to speak out and say the things that I want to, or do the things I want to do. So I think in the end being natural and being actually genuine is what wins, and I hope it comes out in my songs.
Then, he posted a story of himself playing Bob Dylan’s iconic song ‘The Times They Are A-Changin”.
Considering his partner Cyrus Engerer has been vocal about the state the Labour Party currently finds itself in and has called for the resignations of Konrad Mizzi and Keith Schembri, could the CEO of the Labour Party be sending a message out that the writing is on the wall?
What’s certain at this stage is that there is no political will from within the Labour Party to replace Joseph Muscat, with the Prime Minister having won a unanimous secret vote of confidence at a parliamentary group meeting earlier today.
