‘Just 12 Minutes Of Work’: PN MP Carries Out Christian Borg Experiment

After Christian Borg was cleared of perjury following the prosecution’s failure to provide the courts with a written transcript of his allegedly false testimony, PN MP Karol Aquilina carried out an “experiment”.
Aquilina said he went to the Court Registry at 11:30 this morning and requested to view the file of the civil case in which the alleged perjury took place.
He said he was given Borg’s testimony without any issues and made copies of the transcript, which were stamped as true copies of the original. He then published the transcript.
“This entire process took only 12 minutes. By 11:42 am, Dr Aquilina left the Court building with the authenticated transcript in hand,” the PN said.

“This was all Commissioner Gafà needed to do to prove the case against the business partner of Prime Minister Robert Abela: just 12 minutes of work.
The PN said it doesn’t believe that to police’s failure to acquire the transcript amounted to a simple “mistake”
“Today, it is clear to everyone that Commissioner Angelo Gafà is in his position to serve the interests of criminals who are friends of the Government, in this case, the business partner of Prime Minister Robert Abela himself,” they said.
“The Partit Nazzjonalista expresses its solidarity with the members of the Police Force whose reputation is being tarnished due to the behaviour of Police Commissioner Angelo Gafà.”
