KM Malta, Islands’ New National Airline, Opens Direct Bookings On Newly Launched Website

KM Malta Airlines, Malta’s new national airline, has announced that it has opened direct bookings on its new website, launching the second phase of the roll-out of its reservation system.
Customers can now book online through the new website and booking platform of KM Malta Airlines. All reservation channels are now open.
The first phase opened on 4th December for all travel agents, third-party online booking platforms and individual bookings through the airline’s call centre.
“The airline is pleased to announce that it received over 122,000 bookings in just one week between 4th December and 10th December 2023 for its Summer 2024 program,” it said in a statement.
The airline expressed that the number of bookings in the first seven days “exceeded all expectations and demonstrates the attractiveness of its new network strategy and the effectiveness of its new fare structures”.
“The high demand from travel agents and from third-party online booking platforms corroborates the decision of the airline to implement a roll-out of its reservation system in a structured, risk managed and planned-phased manner for the benefit of its customers and sales partners.”
As for the summer program, The KM Malta Airlines summer 2024 schedule will operate from 31st March 2024 through until 26th October 2024, with the airline serving 17 airports across 15 key European cities, namely, Amsterdam, Berlin, Brussels, Catania, Dusseldorf, London Gatwick, London Heathrow, Lyon, Madrid, Milan, Munich, Paris Charles de Gaulle, Paris Orly, Prague, Rome, Vienna and Zurich.
KM Malta Airlines will operate its first scheduled flight on 31 March 2024.
