Linkin Park’s Chester Bennington Commits Suicide at 41
Linkin Park’s frontman Chester Bennington has committed suicide at 41, leaving behind a wife and six children. He was found dead this morning just before 9am at a private residence in Los Angeles.
Chester, like many other well-known people in the music industry, reportedly struggled with drugs and alcohol abuse. The shocking news comes just a while after his friend and rock legend Chris Cornell – Soundgarden, Temple of the Dog and Audioslave vocalist – also hanged himself at the age of 52.
Linkin Park rose to fame with their debut album ‘Hybrid Theory’ in 2000 and have since performed around the world and collaborated with other artists, namely Jay-Z.
Here are a few music videos which Chester will always be remembered by and that will take all fans back to better times.
