The police’s case against Yorgen Fenech, the man charged in connection to the assassination of journalist Daphne Caruana Galizia, is set to continue today at 10am with middleman Melvin Theuma’s secret recordings to be played to the court. 

Police investigator Kurt Zahra will also give testimony, according to Times of Malta sources. He will exhibit a copy of Fenech’s statement to investigators after his arrest in November 2019.
