Kurt Farrugia, the former head of communications for Joseph Muscat and current Malta Enterprise CEO, will testify this morning in the public inquiry concerning the Daphne Caruana Galizia investigation.
Farrugia was a close ally of Muscat throughout his tenure and will have in-depth knowledge about the inner workings of OPM and electoral campaigns.
