121 Speeding Fines Issued In The Past Week Among Other Road Law Violations
In one week alone, the Malta Police Force issued 121 fines related to excessive speeding, that’s almost 17 violations a day.
Crackdowns on excessive speeding happened all across the island, namely Attard, Ħaż-Żebbuġ, Triq il-Kosta in Baħar iċ-Ċagħaq, Saint Paul’s Bay and Mellieħa.
Apart from speeding violations, the police found an significant amount of additional violations, such as driving under the influence, mobile phone usage while driving, vehicles with invalid licences and people driving without a seatbelt.
Big well done to the Malta Police Force for their ongoing mission to keep the roads safe.
