A 37-year-old Nadur resident was yesterday rushed to Gozo’s General Hospital and later confirmed to be suffering from grevious injuries after he fell off his bike, the police has reported.

The incident happened yesterday evening at about 6pm, when the Italian man somehow lost control of his bike, a Keeway Cityblade, and fell off while driving in Qala’s Triq il-Kunċizzjoni.

A police investigation into the case is underway.
