Lovin Malta have been informed that Mia O’ Connell, the 12-year-old girl who was reported missing yesterday afternoon, was reportedly last seen on a main road in Marsa walking towards Santa Luċija by a woman driving in the other direction at around 8pm last night.

The woman confirmed that the young pre-teen she saw was wearing the same white jumper and black trousers as seen in the CCTV footage of her when she left the house last for a rugby training session earlier that day at around 4:15pm.

The woman described the young girl as “looking confused, scared.” It seems that the girl was walking along the road when she was last spotted.
