Lovin Malta and the recently-launched MeetInc (a platform for Malta’s businesses to discover and connect with each other) are looking for a full-time sales and business development executive to join the team.
We’re looking for a results-driven sales professional with a passion for business development and a willingness to create their own business network.
Bringing in a minimum of two years in sales, business development, or a related area, the ideal candidate will have a successful track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets ideally in a B2B environment.
Beyond that, in-depth knowledge of sales processes, market research, familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools, not to mention a a full understanding of the products, formats, platforms and content that our brand produces with a view to providing clients with the best-suited alternative to their needs.
Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills, coupled with a proactive and enthusiastic attitude of a team player with adaptability and resilience in the face of challenges will definitely prove to be a great asset.
Education-wise, a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field is preferred.
As for mandatory requirements, we only ask that you are in the possession of a driving license and have the ability to communicate in English and Maltese.
So what will your days look like? Well, this is what you’ll do:
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and attending industry events. Develop a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales objectives
