The Richmond Foundation has teamed up with Working Town once again to bring Malta the HYGEIA Conference, this year under the theme “Resolve”.

The event will see experts, leaders, and change makers coming together to explore how constructive conflict can actually fuel mental wellness, innovation, and sustainable performance.

Attendees can expect a dynamic line-up covering practical frameworks, psychological insights, and organisational strategies for turning tension into transformation, topics that are becoming more essential in today’s fast-paced work environment.

The conference will take place on 28th November at the DoubleTree by Hilton Malta in Qawra, St Paul’s Bay. Tickets are priced at €125 (excl. VAT) for the conference, with an optional workshop bringing the total to €150 (excl. VAT).
