Sometimes, keeping it simple is the best form of communication.

Yesterday, around a thousand people showed up to protest the controversial Central Link project in Attard, with hundreds of trees set to face the axe.

During the protest, the Maltese people channelled their anger towards the new project – which will restructure junctions and lanes between Mrieħel, Rabat, Attard and Ħaż-Żebbuġ and is set to permanently destroy some 48,466 square metres of agricultural land in the area – into some inspirational, funny, and wonderful placards.
