Longstanding Labour Activist Ronnie Pellegrini Passes Away

Longstanding Labour Party activist Ronnie Pellegrini has passed away, One News has reported.
He reportedly has been suffering long-term from an illness, which took a turn for the worse over the last few months.

Pellegrini is well-known from his time as chief canvasser for former Labour minister Lorry Sant. More recently, he served as the Chief of Staff Minister Helena Dalli at the Ministry for Social Dialogue, Consumer Affairs and Civil Liberties.
Following this he was given a fulltime position as advisor to Justice Minister Owen Bonnici.
