Maltese Family Search For Man Who Partially ‘Blinded’ Their Relative In Qawra Attack
A Maltese man was seriously injured during a fight last night at Munchies Bar, Buggibba. Reports say that the police are looking for two perpetuators who fled the scene, but Busuttil’s family has taken to social media to urge the Maltese public to extend the search.
Social media users have expressed their sympathy for the victim, who the family reports as having been blinded in one eye as a result of the fight. Busuttil’s wife also notes that the attack was unprovoked.
The owner of Munchies Bar has posted images on Facebook which were taken from CCTV footage identifying the perpetrators. The family is urging anyone who has seen either of the two men to notify the police.
