An Italian man has been left fighting for his life after falling from a construction site in St Julian’s this morning.

At around 7:15am this morning, the 47-year-old man fell one storey while at work on a construction site in Scrieber Street, St Julian’s. A medical team was called in to assist the man following his accident, and he was rushed to hospital for medical assistance.

He was confirmed to have grievous injuries and is reportedly fighting for his life due to the nature of his wounds.

Police are investigating the incident.
