Man In Critical Condition After Falling Six Metres From Qormi Construction Site
A man is in critical condition after falling six metres from a construction site in Qormi.
The man, whose identity is unknown, was working on scaffolding in the area of tal-Ħandaq yesterday afternoon before he fell.
Police officials were informed of the incident at around 4pm and discovered the man upon arriving at the scene.
A medical team was called to the scene and an ambulance took the victim to Mater Dei Hospital for treatment. Later, he was certified as suffering from serious injuries.
Magistrate Philip Galea Farrugia opened an inquiry while police investigations are ongoing.
