Man Seriously Injured, Three Hospitalised After Early Morning Brawl In St Julian’s
A 21-year-old man is at risk of dying after a fight broke out this morning in St Julian’s.
The police were informed that around 5.30am their assistance was needed in Triq Santu Wistin.
When they arrived the police found the 21-year-old Colombian man who was injured, allegedly after an argument with a group of people, which involved workers at the end of their work shift, and others.
Two other man were also assaulted in this argument who were two Colombians aged 23 and 36 years old respectively, while the alleged assailants are being identified by the Police.
The men were taken to Mater Dei hospital by ambulance where the 21-year-old was certified with serious injuries while the other two with minor injuries.
Magistrate Antoine Agius Bonnici is leading an inquiry while police investigations are ongoing.
