Beloved entertainer and singer Enzo Gusman’s memory was commemorated by a monument erected in Sliema last Wednesday.

Gusman passed away on the 18th December 2021 in Canada. Gusman had been entertaining the Maltese public since the 60s, producing several popular songs that have become a staple of the Maltese repertoire. He was also well-known TV and radio personality.

The sculpture is the work of sculptor Indri Attard and was uncovered by Sliema Mayor John Pillow next to The Imperial.

Archbishop Charles J Scicluna was also present for the inauguration, and personally blessed the new bust.
