Are you an NBA fan who’s sick of watching the games alone at home? Well, worry not because Maltese restaurants and bars will now be able to stream the basketball games in premium quality.

This is part of a first-time European collaboration with the major league. 

Screach is a live-streaming platform that secured the rights to deliver NBA games and programming directly to commercial premises on the island for all you basketball lovers.

Screach will stream hundreds of NBA games to Maltese fans by the beginning of the 2023/24 season, which tips off on 24th October and culminates with the June 2024 finals.

The platform is UK-based technology and it compiles a wide range of live sports content for various commercial venues. Not only does this increase the NBA’s reach but it attracts new fans and gives already-established basketball enthusiasts a new place to go to watch their favourite teams.

It further helps establishments increase and maintain new customers.

This is the NBA’s first collaboration of its kind in Europe and it will enable venues to stream the games in HD quality, both like and on-demand, to their existing TVs with no need for a satellite or cable TV connection.
