Nicky Sansone, who has been sharing her battle with cancer on social media, has passed away earlier today at the age of 55.

Sansone started sharing her journey on TikTok earlier this year, giving updates on her diagnosis, operation and current battles, using her platform to spread awareness and positivity among her followers and the Maltese community.

Nicky was a friend to many queer people and they thanked her wholeheartedly for what she has done for the community.

Sansone shared her last video on TikTok yesterday as she shared an update wile adding that this would her last upload.

Nicky’s legacy will be forever remembered to Live, Love and Smile
