Six-Year-Old Boy At Risk Of Dying After Pool Accident In Swieqi
A six-year-old boy is currently fighting for his life at Mater Dei hospital after falling into a pool in Swieqi.
The incident occurred in a residence in Sant’ Andrija street.
Police immediately went to the location and soon found out that an Italian boy had fallen into the pool of the residence and found himself in difficulty.
A medical team assisted the boy and took him to Mater Dei hospital via ambulance. Later, his injuries were certified as serious.
Magistrate Philip Farrugia Galea is leading an inquiry into the case and Police investigations are currently underway.
