The Gozo Ferry Is Changing Its Schedule For One Day Only Next Week
A long weekend is on the way, and you know what that means: loads of people are going to Gozo. The sister island will be ‘enjoying’ an influx of Maltese people who will be taking advantage of her laid-back atmosphere and uncongested roads.
To deal with the return of the Maltese people, the Gozo Channel authorities announced that the Gozo ferry would be operating at half hour intervals on Tuesday morning. It will be on the same schedule as Monday, which is a public holiday.
This means that, to kick off the day, a ferry will leave every 30 minutes, and not every 45 minutes as is standard.
Tuesday Gozo ferry times
From Mġarr: 6am, 6:30am, 7am, 7:30am
From Ċirkewwa: 6:30am, 7am and 7:30am
The schedule will return to normal for the rest of the day.
