The Phoenicia Malta Brings Home Six Awards For Luxury And Heritage From International Ceremonies
The Phoenicia Malta continues cementing its name as a leading luxury hotel by bringing home six distinguished awards presented at lavish international awards ceremonies.
Hotel Manager Silvan Camilleri alongside Pr and Marketing Manager Christine Darmanin, represented the five-star hotel at the IPAX Europe & Africa summit at the London Marriott Hotel on 17th October.
Three awards were given to the representatives for Best Classic/Heritage Hotel, Best Spa Hotel and Best Large Luxury Hotel after rigorous judging more than a hundred industry experts chaired by members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament. The victory shined a light on the hotel’s service delivery, design, quality, innovation and commitment to sustainability.
The Phoenicia Malta has redefined five-star luxury hospitality in the heart of the Mediterranean since it first opened its doors in 1947, and has since been a proud member The Leading Hotels of the World, a collective of independent luxury hotels, comprised of more than 400 hotels across 80 countries.
Soon after the first award ceremony, Brand Ambassador Neville Juan Cardona accepted three more awards at the renowned World Luxury Hotel Awards in Galgorm, Ireland on 19th October, being commended for Luxury Heritage Hotel, Luxury Spa Hotel and Luxury Urban Hotel.
“It is a tremendous honour for The Phoenicia Malta to be recognised on such prestigious platforms,” says Robyn Pratt, General Manager of The Phoenicia Malta, “These awards are not just a reflection of our beautiful property and rich heritage, but also of the passion and commitment of our entire team to deliver exceptional service to our guests, every day.”
The hotel continues wearing its titles proudly as the country’s only Leading Hotel and official UNESCO Wold Heritage Site and with hundreds, if not thousands of guests being welcomed every year, it’s safe to assume those titles will only increase.
