Two Colombian men were left with grievous injuries after being involved in a brawl early this morning in Paceville.

At least six different people ending up fighting with each other at around 6am this morning in Triq San ?or?, Paceville. During this argument, a broken bottle was reportedly used as a weapon as the men attacked each other.

A 34-year-old man from Colombia attempted to break up the fight, but was injured in the process, and was rushed to Mater Dei in an ambulance for medical assistance. A 27-year-old Colombian man was also taken to hospital for treatment following the brawl.

Both men were confirmed to have been grievously injured. Police are continuing their investigations into the case.
