Two Tourists Injured As Karozzin Gets Flipped On Its Side In Mdina

Earlier today a Karozzin carrying four tourists got overturned in Mdina. The accident happened at Pjazza tal-Griegi at 12.30.
Times of Malta reported that two tourists pinned inside the carriage were taken to hospital due to injuries sustained during the crash.
The other two were taken to the local health clinic due to the shock sustained during the crash. The driver suffered no injuries.

The horse was slightly injured and limping, however after a thorough examination by a vet, it appears that it was not seriously injured.
Another examination on the horse is scheduled for later on today.
The investigation is still undergoing, but local Police Personnel suspect that a badly parked car might have been the culprit of this accident.
