A dog just about avoided getting run over by a bus in Triq Ħal-Qormi, Luqa yesterday, as this video making the rounds online shows. 

The video, published on the satirical Facebook page Ġaħan Onlajn, shows a dog running into the road – right into the path of a motorcycle, whose driver quickly serves to avoid running it over. The dog continues running, just about avoiding a bus which was driving from the opposite lane. 

The page administrators contacted the Animal Welfare Department, which confirmed it hadn’t received any reports of missing dogs recently.
