Emma Muscat has returned to Malta. In an emotional landing, she ran towards her assembled family for a touching reunion that left smiles on everyone’s face. She holds her parents for a long time, before making her way through her entire family – grandparents included.

She had not been able to see her family while in Italy, and had only spoke to her parents via phone call. She had spoken about how much she missed them, and how she was looking forward to being with them again today.

Emma also met Minister for Culture Owen Bonnici who told her that she had “united” the country behind her. She is now set to appear on Xarabank tonight where she will tell the country all the fun details about her time in Italy competing on Amici di Maria De Filippi.
