We can officially confirm that Joseph Muscat knows how to go as hard as the next Prime Minister as footage of him, his wife Michelle Muscat, and several Labour proponents chanting and dancing at a party has been leaked.

In the leaked WhatsApp video, Malta’s Prime Minister jumps up and down and chants along with the crowd as they sing the Labour party classic “Ma Tagħmlu Xejn…”. Michelle is clearly having a ball as she waves around a bottle of champagne and the entire party looks, well, pretty lit to be honest.

Though the crowd seem to be having fun, with smiles all around the room, no couple seems to be enjoying themselves more than the Muscats.

While some people, like the Muscats themselves, sang the original lyrics – “Ma Tagħmlu Xejn mal-Perit Mintoff” – many in the crowd instead sing “Ma Tagħmlu Xejn ma Joseph Taghna”, causing a bit of confusion; but who really cares when the party is that fun.

The event was held in Girgenti Palace, the Prime Minister’s summer residence, so the only question left is: how can we get an invitation to the next one?
