Watch: Workers Balance On Digger’s Claw While Working In Gżira Construction Site
Footage of two men engaging in extremely unsafe practices at a Gżira construction site was shared with Lovin Malta.
The clip shows two workers standing in the claw of an excavator while working on a construction site located between Sir Charles Cameron Road and Belvedere Road.

“The site is located right behind the Ponsonby bus stop, and it looks like a public parking lot, but I’m not sure,” the individual who sent the footage said, wishing to remain anonymous.
The workers could be seen balancing on the digger’s grapple while attempting to break down the one of the walls at the site.
In the meantime, Lovin Malta has reached out to the Occupational Health and Safety Authority for a comment.
