Who Are The 19 Winners Of This Year’s Malta Business Awards?
The second edition of the Malta Business Awards last Friday awarded 19 winners with the gold spots.
Organised by the Malta Chamber of SMEs and Malta Enterprise, the evening honoured and recognised some of Malta’s best business in various categories.
With over 400 nominations, 90 were shortlisted by a panel of independent judges. Those were then followed by one-to-one interviews which selected a total of 54 finalists.
This year, each award had a gold, silver and bronze trophy.
The winners were:

Customer Service Excellence Award – Greens Supermarket Ltd
Local Cultural Contributor – Carisma Collections
Leader in Mental Health Wellness Award – Willingness Team
Best Waste Management Strategy – GSD Marketing Ltd
Green Transport Initiative – Melita Ltd
Leader in Sustainable Energy & Water Initiatives – Tulliera Farm Deli
Innovative Sustainable Business Award – The Malta Florist
Project Green Award – Ecostack Innovations Ltd
Start-Up Business of the Year – Greenroads Ltd
Leader in Quality Tourism – AX Hotels
Innovative Digital Solutions – PathKeeper Surgical Ltd
Gozo Business of the Year – Kempinski Hotel San Lawrenz
Family Business of the Year – 4JM Solutions Ltd
Young Entrepreneur of the Year – Andrea and Julian Farrugia
Female Entrepreneur of the Year – Krystle Penza
SME of the Year – Maritime MT
Presidents’ Choice Award – Isabella Debattista
Paul Abela, President of the Malta Chamber of SMEs highlighted the fact that the Malta business Awards is a serious event and its aims are to honour Maltese businesses.
The Malta Chamber of SMEs CEO, Abigail Agius Mamo said that the winners have not only shown that they are successful but that they care for those around them, including customers, employees and future generations. The fact that they care is a key part of their success.
