Woman Falls Three Storeys Down Shaft Of Manikata Building Undergoing Works
A 56-year-old woman from San Ġwann fell three-storeys down the shaft of a building in Manikata undergoing work.
The woman is not a construction worker and the building is not her residence, the police told Lovin Malta. According to the Times of Malta, the woman tripped and fell into the shaft, however it is not yet clear what she was doing in the building before the fall.
The incident was reported at around 9am on Triq Ħabb il-Qamħ, Manikata, limits of Mellieħa.
She was rushed to Mater Dei by ambulance however her condition is currently unknown.
