Islander foodies – Malta’s top restaurants as decided by you, the public, has been finalised for Lovin Recommends 2023.
Each year, Lovin Malta celebrates local restaurants that keep punching above their weight, keeping our mouths watering, bellies full and thirst for great drinks quenched.
This year, a select number of eateries and watering holes around Malta and Gozo will receive the iconic red Lovin Recommends stickers on their doors and entrances… all thanks to your votes.
Indeed, this year saw a record amount of votes, with over 9,000 submissions received for Lovin Recommends, proving again how islanders love their good food.
In 2022, we took our love of incredible Maltese food and ever-hungry Maltese foodies to the next level when we hosted the debut Lovin Recommends Epic Foodie Giveaway, where one lucky winner proved their skills to go home with one entire year of free dinners at Malta’s best restaurants.
As we look to 2023, we wanted to know: which are the hottest new restos you’ve been loving? Which classics never go out of style? What hidden gems have you eaten your way through the islands?
