A new Malta-based airline will be offering direct flights to the party capital of the continent: Ibiza.

Besides Ibiza, Universal Air will introduce new routes from Malta to Pecs, Athens, Corfu, Palermo, and many more exciting destinations.

The company behind the airline occupies offices in SkyParks near Malta’s airport and it also intends to provide chartering services, cargo transportation, and flights to individuals in need of urgent medical care.

“Universal Air is an approved air operator with the United Nations, and we are building on our current contracts to continue to support government agencies, international organisations, and corporate clients,” the airline’s website states.

Universal Air’s aeromedical evacuation capability extends from advanced to basic life support, including mass casualty response and infectious disease transportation.

There isn’t much detail on the new airline’s flights, however, it will be inaugurated next week at the Phoenicia.
